The Property
The Villa is a single story traditional Florida house. The accommodation consists of:-

En-suite bathroom which was re-tiled at the end of 2003. Large walk in shower which was completely remodelled at the same time.
Fully equipped with several sets of bath and hand towels.

Queen size bed complete with bedspread, pillows and two sets of linen.

Hair dryer
The intention is that the villa is fully equipped with all you could need. Just bring yourselves, your clothes, your toothbrush and your food and drink. We have supplied the rest.
All the above accommodation is centrally air-conditioned and most rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
In addition there are:-
The Florida Room - This is a large room of a type popular in Florida since it does not have glass in the windows only screening for insects. It is reached via patio doors from the family room and is equipped with a large patio table, a coffee table and six chairs. The chairs when used with the stools convert to sun loungers. There is also an electric grill so you can enjoy out door cooking even when the weather is inclement. The room connects with:- The Pool - Which has been fully re-screened at the end of 2003.
Pool at night
Barbecue Area - Between the pool and the end of the villa is a paved area complete with barbecue.
The Yard - The property is surrounded by lawns and trees. The grass finishes at the sea-wall which bounds the canal and there are moorings for a boat. In addition there is a concrete boat slip for your use (occupied by the owners boat only at Christmas).

Boats can be hired from several places in Crystal River, the nearest being the Plantation Inn.
Anglers come from all over the USA to fish in the area and you can do so from your own yard.
There is a parking area large enough for two vehicles and a drive with room for another vehicle.
Garage - There is a large single garage which is normally occupied by the owners car. It can be accessed from inside the villa and contains the utility area where the washer and dryer are sited.
